Unit 3: A Singing Heart

A life in tune with God has a heart that rejoices. In Isaiah 55:2, the Lord says “Why spend money on what is not bread, and your labor on what does not satisfy?  Listen, listen to me, and eat what is good, and your soul will delight in the richest of fare.1” At the end of the life of each student, we hope that they will have a soul that is delighted by God’s Dream for them.  A life that is lived in the manner God shows us in this verse is a life filled with a “Singing Heart” to the soul, a life filled with the Word of God. This is a lofty vision for the course, but a vision we must attempt with the next generation.
